The mechanical facade exhaust fan ADV-BG is designed for removing daily non-explosive, clean air and for onetime use for removing smoke/ flammable gasses (300oC/60min) according to the EN 12101-3 Standard. The air that is drawn in is exhausted horizontally via an automatic valve.
The ADV-BG can be integrated with any structural facade construction.
Production takes place in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 9001 quality assurance.
The electromotor mounted directly on the ventilator axle operates the cast aluminium axial fan. The air that is drawn in is exhausted automatically horizontally via an automatic, non-return valve.
The ADV-BG fuel gas exhaust fan is suitable for smoke and hot air up to 300°C for a period of 60 minutes.
In the event of an outage, ice-traps and energy loss are avoided thanks to the closed return valve that is maintained in place with a permanent adhesive magnet. The magnet must be powered by the motor at the same time (and preferably a bit sooner).
Mesh grids are in place to prevent dirt entering from the outside.
Bovema has its own team of specialists that ensures the calculation and NAP certified installation of all systems without involving any sub-contractors in the process. The ADV-BG ventilators are assembled and tested prior to delivery. They are delivered as standard in accordance with the following specifications:
- Sink steel mounting flange for glazing system or facade construction;
- Aluminium foot motor IP55 insulation category F;
- Paddle wheel with aluminium blades and adjustable blade angle;
- Aluminium anti-corrosive valve;
- Non-return valve that opens automatically;
- Stainless steel mesh.
The following extra features are also available:
- Frequency adjustable motors;
- Single-sided aluminium or thermal insulated stand;
- Built-in manual and/ or connected switch;
- Muffles in all RAL colours.
