Single-sided or double-sided polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (HDPE) synthetic materials are used for the construction, which are suitable for installation indoors or outdoors. Resistant against liquids, chemicals and the elements, the Bovema systems are an ideal solution for many environmentally technical (ventilation) problems. Equipped with PP surface expansion and PP droplet deflectors, the units are very easy to maintain. The ventilators can be equipped with frequency control and are well suited for high capacity needs.

The air scrubber must be installed on a flat, even floor. Please refer to the Air Scrubber specifications (weights) for construction robustness. The floor must support the Air Scrubber evenly over the whole surface. Due to the high coefficient of expansion of the synthetic materials, the water will expand and shrink sharply as a result of temperature changes. The Air Scrubber must have an air-tight installation on the central air channel system via a flexible connection.
