The Rendovent is a light weight aluminium air treatment system with waste heat recovery. This plug and play unit can remove 10,000 m³ of air per hour. Efficiency levels of up to 60% waste heat recovery can be attained. Polluted air is carried off outside and fresh outside air is brought inside while heat levels are maintained. The aeration plenum is connected directly to the unit and is easy to adjust. The air vents take the incoming air to the desired work area without using pipes, whereby there is no hindrance from tracks. The unit is equipped with 2 inspection doors on the front side for maintenance purposes.
1. Cover for drawing in air/ exhausting air
The air is drawn in/ exhausted via a rain-proof cover with a stainless steal mesh grid.
2. Filters
Flat filters protect the plate changer and filter the incoming/ outgoing air.
3. Heat Recovery
An aluminium plate changer and filter the incoming air in an economical manner.
The water that comes from the condensation of the outgoing air is drained outside. This drain does not need to be connected.
4. Bypass (optional).
If it is not desirable to transfer the heat to the incoming air (for example during the summer) it is possible to lead the outgoing air alongside the plate changer. This is achieved by an electrically operated rotating valve with a Belimo servomotor.
5. Ventilators
The ventilators are two-way and equipped with forward leaning blades. The ventilators are operated directly so that a minimum amount of maintenance is necessary for their operation.
The efficiency is higher than with a V belt. The unit is equipped with a 2 piece, 3 prong switch and can be set using a frequency controller.
6. Air Vent Plenum (available as a separate item).
Aeration jets move the primary aerated air in a way to create ballistic air movements. This accelerates the new air mixing with the existing air in the room.
There is hardly any deflection.
This is area where the fresh air enters, allowing bundling of the aeration jets to increase airflow.
The Rendovent is used for:
- Industrial buildings;
- Construction sites;
- Removal of welding vapour;
- Continuous ventilation (incoming and outgoing air).
